Description

Specifically designed for 1966-1984 Big Twin engines (excluding 1980-1981 models), the Andrews A2 Grind Cam provides a significant performance enhancement. For 1980-1981 engines, it's crucial to verify spring travel and clearance due to the height of the stock H-D valve guides which may restrict spring travel and cam lift to 0.430" or less. Additionally, clearance at the main bearing boss must be checked on 1980 and later models. Expect increased mid-range and high-end power with no change to the engine's idle characteristics. This cam offers a simple bolt-in installation process.

This cam bolts into 1966-1984 Big Twin engines (excluding 1980-1981) without head work. On 1980-1981 engines, the height of the stock H-D valve guides restricts spring travel (and cam lift) to 0.430" or less. Spring travel and clearance, plus clearance at the main bearing boss, must be checked on 1980 and later models.
