This Andrews A2 Grind Cam is designed as a bolt-in upgrade for 1966-1984 Big Twin engines (excluding 1980-1981 models) seeking improved performance. For 1980-1981 engines, verify that stock H-D valve guides do not restrict spring travel, and that clearance at the main bearing boss is sufficient. Spring travel and clearance should be checked on 1980 and later models.
