Description
The Lane Splitter features an injection-molded ABS outer shell, providing robust protection while remaining lightweight for enhanced comfort during long rides. The Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) liner is engineered to dissipate impact energy, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. The comfort liner and cheek pads are easily removable and replaceable, featuring brushed fleece Lycra touch points to manage moisture and provide a plush feel against the skin. The chin strap also includes brushed fleece Lycra for added comfort and an adjustable strap end retainer for a secure fit. Integrated recesses within the EPS shell accommodate select aftermarket audio and communication systems, making it easy to stay connected on the go. The rugged shield hinge hardware with robust detents allows controlled airflow by enabling the shield to be opened at slow speeds.
