This Cometic Stator Cover Gasket is constructed from AFM (Aluminum Foam Material), a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. The aluminum core provides superior strength, preventing weeping or crawling, even in modern engine cases with limited sealing surfaces.
