Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to handle the stress of lifted vehicles and aggressive riding styles. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, significantly enhancing its strength and longevity. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring a precision CNC machined inner cage made from 4340 chromoly, this axle delivers unmatched toughness. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide excellent protection against the elements and reduce friction, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life. Easy to install as a complete unit.
