Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, effectively preventing binding during extreme maneuvers. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, while the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles. Manufactured with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle delivers exceptional resilience. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and longevity. Precision CNC machining ensures exact fitment and optimal performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms, this heavy-duty axle is the ideal choice for serious off-road enthusiasts looking for improved strength and articulation.
