Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a dual plunge design that prevents binding, even at wide articulation angles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, these axles boast a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing exceptional durability. The CV joints are also enhanced, with a 10%-15% increase in size compared to regular joints. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure maximum protection and smooth operation. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and optimal performance. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, offering versatile adaptability for customized setups.
