Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Long Travel Axle is constructed from high-strength 4340 chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional resistance to breakage and wear. Its larger CV joints and increased center shaft diameter provide enhanced power transfer and reliability. The axle features CNC machined and micro-polished internal components, combined with a re-engineered cage design, to maximize durability and minimize friction. A unique TPEE boot offers superior protection against wear and tear, while the high-quality lithium-based grease with molybdenum ensures optimal lubrication and heat dissipation. With a swing angle of up to 47°, this axle delivers enhanced articulation and flexibility on challenging terrains. Installation is straightforward, thanks to the fully assembled design.
