Description
This high-quality valve features a one-piece stainless-steel construction with a stellite tip, fortified by a special nitriding process. This nitriding treatment penetrates to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of just 0.0002", dramatically improving wear properties and reducing friction. The process also provides excellent corrosion resistance, surpassing hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating in terms of durability. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, contributing to enhanced engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides while maintaining close tolerances for optimal oil control and heat dissipation, ensuring your engine runs cooler and more efficiently.
