Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip, ensuring exceptional durability and longevity. A specialized nitriding process, with a depth of 0.002" and a surface buildup of 0.0002", fortifies the valve to improve wear properties and minimize friction. This process offers superior corrosion resistance compared to hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The lightweight design and optimized profile provide excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, allowing for tight tolerances to enhance oil control and heat dissipation.
