This 520 XRE chain benefits from cutting-edge technology derived from both on-road and off-road racing applications. RK's innovative double-X-shaped "XW-Ring" seal significantly extends chain wear-life by providing superior lubrication retention. The XW-Ring design creates three lubricant pools, surpassing conventional O-rings for enhanced longevity and reduced friction. Each chain is lubricated with a specially formulated, vacuum-injected U-grease, securely locked in by a tough Nitrile Butadiene rubber XW-Ring. Polished and shot-peened link plates contribute to the chain's overall strength and resilience, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. With a tensile strength of 36.5 kN (8210 lb), this RK 520 XRE chain offers the reliability and performance that enthusiasts and professionals demand, supporting maximum engine displacement up to 800cc (off-road).
