Description

This intelligent power lead features two automatic modes: a battery state of charge monitor and a charging system test. The battery state of charge monitor uses a single LED flashing to indicate the battery's overall condition, while the charging system test employs an arrow mode to verify that your vehicle's charging system is functioning correctly. Four LEDs cover the voltage range from 'full to empty,' accommodating all 12V batteries, including higher voltage AGM batteries commonly used in powersport applications. The fourth LED illuminates at 12.7V, providing a clear indication of a healthy battery. With a long-term draw of less than 0.2mA, the battery charge level is displayed with an LED that blinks every 5 seconds. The vehicle charge system activates the LED arrow mode when the charge voltage reaches a minimum of 13.5V (green LED) or an ideal range of 14V+ (double green LED). The cable is 610mm (24") long.
